Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10–15+ years of relevant experience, ideally with Big4 or national firm experience and corporate FP&A exposure.
• CPA, CMA, CFA, or similar credentials strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading finance transformation, FP&A build-outs, or operational finance initiatives.
• Strong understanding of private equity environments, value creation, reporting expectations, and liquidity management.
• Ability to travel < 25% annually.

Responsibilities

• Client Leadership & Delivery: serve as trusted advisor to CFOs and PE sponsors delivering high‑impact FP&A and finance transformation engagements.
• Lead complex client engagements across budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning with advanced financial modeling.
• Oversee engagement execution to ensure quality, timeliness and profitability across multiple projects.
• Practice Building: define, build, and scale FP&A capabilities and standardize methodologies and accelerators.
• Business Development: originate or expand client relationships and contribute to proposals and market-facing content.
• Team Leadership: mentor and develop team members, recruit, and provide technical guidance on financial modeling and analytics.
• Travel: maintain travel schedule as needed (≤25% annual).
