Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Strong experience in FP&A, finance transformation, and building finance functions.
• Proven ability to lead complex engagements with private equity-backed portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, PE sponsors, and senior executives, delivering high-impact FP&A and finance transformation engagements.
• Lead complex client engagements across a broad suite of services including interim FP&A leadership, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Oversee engagement execution, ensuring quality, timeliness and profitability across multiple projects.
• Help define, build, and scale FP&A capabilities including forecasting frameworks and dashboard solutions.
• Originate or expand client relationships to drive revenue and deepen accounts.
• Lead proposal development, scoping, pricing and market-facing content.
