Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Managing Director for the Financial Advisory Services team within the Office of the CFO practice. The role focuses on building an FP&A and finance transformation offering, partnering with CFOs, PE sponsors, and executive teams to design, build, and operate high‑impact finance functions that improve decision making.

The candidate will lead client engagements across interim FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and advanced analytics, while shaping the practice’s capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10–15+ years of relevant experience, ideally with a mix of Big 4 or national firm and corporate FP&A or finance leadership roles.
• CPA, CMA, CFA, or similar credentials strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to CFOs, PE sponsors, and senior executives delivering high‑impact FP&A and finance transformation engagements.
• Lead complex engagements including interim FP&A leadership, budgeting/forecasting, and long‑range planning.
• Oversee engagement execution, ensuring quality, timeliness, and profitability across projects.
• Develop and scale FP&A capabilities and collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
