Job summary

Baker Tilly International is seeking a Director for the Financial Advisory Services team within the Office of the CFO. You will lead FP&A and finance transformation engagements, partnering with CFOs, private equity sponsors, and executive teams to design and operate high-impact finance functions.

This role emphasizes value creation post-investment across diverse industries. The role combines client delivery, capability building, and business development, with a focus on ongoing FP&A leadership,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10–15+ years of relevant experience, ideally with a mix of Big 4 or national accounting/consulting firm experience, corporate FP&A or finance leadership roles.
CPA, CMA, CFA, or similar credentials strongly preferred; demonstrated experience leading finance transformation.

Responsibilities

Lead FP&A and finance transformation engagements for CFOs, PE sponsors, and executives.
Oversee complex client engagements across budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Develop dashboards and analytics solutions (Power BI) and drive value creation with portfolio companies.
