Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; finance/economics/accounting related field preferred.
• 12+ years of experience leading and executing traded products in capital markets.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement and idea generation across Fixed Income accounts.
• Lead relationship coverage and contribute to team revenue generation.
• Direct client-facing materials, including market updates and trade ideas.
• Monitor market trends and inform strategy and recommendations.
• Serve as senior product expert across fixed income sectors and coordinate with partners.
• Mentor and develop junior colleagues while upholding excellence.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions and optimize profitability.
• Contribute to sales strategy, compliance standards, and desk procedures.
• Prepare management reporting on pipeline activity and client trends.
