Responsibilities

Lead client engagement and idea generation across Fixed Income accounts.
Lead relationship coverage and contribute to team-wide origination and revenue generation.
Direct client-facing materials, including market updates, trade ideas, portfolio reviews, and presentations.
Monitor market trends, issuance activity, and investor demand to inform strategy and recommendations.
Serve as a senior product expert across fixed income sectors and coordinate with trading and syndicate partners.
Mentor and develop junior colleagues while reinforcing a culture of excellence and continuous development.
Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions, support execution, and optimize profitability.
Contribute to sales strategy, compliance standards, and desk procedures.
Prepare management reporting on pipeline activity, client trends, and market developments.
Performs other duties as assigned.
