Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Managing Director for Institutional Fixed Income Sales to lead client coverage across agency CMOs, RMBS, CLOs, and government/agency securities. The role focuses on deepening strategic relationships, driving revenue, and delivering market insight with execution support for Fixed Income investors.

The position demands 12+ years in Capital Markets, a strong leadership record, and FINRA licenses.

Qualifications

12+ years experience leading and executing traded products in Capital Markets.
Strong client-facing relationship management.
Proven revenue production in Fixed Income.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagement and idea generation across Fixed Income accounts.
Direct client-facing materials: market updates, trade ideas, portfolio reviews, and presentations.
Monitor market trends and investor demand to inform strategy and recommendations.
Mentor and develop junior colleagues while coordinating with trading and syndicate partners.
Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions and optimize profitability.
Contribute to sales strategy, compliance standards, and desk procedures.
