Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Managing Director to lead the Data & AI practice, driving growth in data engineering and AI adoption for clients. You will partner with executive stakeholders, shape strategy, and deliver measurable outcomes across modern data platforms and cloud technologies.

You will be responsible for building high-performing teams, guiding architecture discussions, and expanding strategic accounts while representing Slalom as a market leader in data engineering, analytics, and AI.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading data, analytics, AI, or cloud transformation initiatives.
• Proven success growing consulting businesses, practices, portfolios, or strategic client accounts.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and leading complex business and technology transformations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large pursuits, develop pipeline, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by expanding executive relationships and driving revenue growth.
• Lead data and AI transformation with enterprise data strategy, modernization, and AI adoption.
• Provide technical leadership designing enterprise data and AI architectures for broad audiences.
• Build modern data and AI solutions leveraging lakehouse architectures and cloud platforms.
• Develop talent and capability within the practice, mentoring leaders and engineers.
• Elevate Slalom in the market through thought leadership and strategic partnerships.
