Job summary

All In One Accounting is seeking an experienced Controller with manufacturing expertise to lead delivery teams, mentor accountants, and provide strategic advisory services to growth-minded manufacturers.

You will own client relationships, oversee month-end close, and develop efficient financial systems including inventory costing and production costing, while ensuring high-quality service across multi-client engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with team leadership
• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
• Strong mentoring and client-management abilities
• Excellence in financial analysis and strategic planning

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor delivery teams of accountants
• Own and nurture client relationships with value-based service
• Design and implement strategic solutions with hands-on expertise and planning
• Develop and maintain efficient financial systems including inventory and production costing
• Provide strategic insights to drive client success
• Lead month-end closing meetings and review financial statements
• Oversee budgets, cash flow forecasting, and liaison with CPAs/bankers/attorneys
• Ensure robust internal controls and consistent service delivery
