Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group seeks a Managing Director who will both produce and build, recruiting and leading high-performing teams while expanding their own advisory practice.

In this leadership role, you will recruit at least 8 Financial Professionals per year, maintain personal production in life insurance and annuities, and collaborate with specialists to deliver holistic financial strategies for clients.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and recruiting experience in financial services.
• Strong production background (life insurance and/or annuities) required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to build and scale a business.
• Ability to attract, develop, and retain talent.
• High level of professionalism, drive, and accountability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead your own team of Financial Professionals.
• Recruit, train, and develop new advisors (minimum 8 hires per year).
• Drive performance through coaching, mentorship, and accountability.
• Maintain personal production across life insurance and annuity business.
• Deliver holistic financial strategies to clients using a consultative approach.
• Mentor and grow your team’s performance and retention.
