WealthBridge Financial Group seeks a Managing Director who will be both a producer and a builder, with a strong track record in financial services and proven recruiting, development, and team leadership capabilities.

This leadership-focused role enables you to build your own practice while scaling an organization in a growth-oriented environment, reporting to an executive team within a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and recruiting experience in financial services.
• Strong production background in life insurance and/or annuities is preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build and scale a business.
• Ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
• High level of professionalism, drive, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead your own team of Financial Professionals.
• Recruit, train, and develop new advisors (minimum 8 hires per year).
• Drive performance through coaching, mentorship, and accountability.
• Maintain personal production across life insurance and annuity business.
• Deliver holistic financial strategies using a consultative approach.
• Partner with internal specialists and external professionals.
• Create a culture of growth, professionalism, and client-first service.
