Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for a Managing Director role. This position focuses on building and leading a team of experienced financial advisors while continuing your own client work.

It offers the freedom to grow your practice and develop a leadership style aligned with the firm’s 175+ year history. You will recruit, mentor, and shape the growth trajectory of the team with an emphasis on high performance and long‑term success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available).
• Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and mentee teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of financial advisors to elevate practices.
• Continue personal client work while expanding the firm’s advisory team.
• Coach, recruit, and mentor advisors to foster a high‑performance culture.
