WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for a strategic Managing Director position. This role focuses on building and leading a team of experienced financial advisors while continuing your own client work and mentoring colleagues.

As Managing Director, you will recruit, mentor, and foster a high-performance culture to drive the firm's growth. With the support of a centuries‑long history and strong brand, you will grow your practice and define your leadership style.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
