WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for a strategic Managing Director role. Ideal for an experienced advisor who has built a personal practice and is ready to lead, grow a team, and drive both personal and firm-wide development.

The Managing Director will build and lead a team of experienced financial advisors, recruit and mentor colleagues, and foster a high-performance culture while continuing personal client work.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
