Qualifications

• 10+ years of asset-based lending, sponsor lending, finance, or capital markets experience.
• Strong negotiation skills, including documentation and structuring expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term internal partner, sponsor, and intermediary relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Business Development Officers focused on asset-based lending opportunities.
• Develop and execute Huntington’s private equity ABL growth strategy.
• Oversee underwriting preparation, including review and refinement of prescreens and proposal letters.
