A leading financial services institution is seeking a Director of Asset-Based Lending to manage sourcing, structuring, and closing ABL opportunities. This role requires at least 7 years of experience in asset-based lending and a strong understanding of private equity transactions. The Director will drive market strategy and cultivate relationships with sponsors and internal teams. The compensation range is $93,000 - $217,000 annually, depending on experience and location, with eligibility for incentive compensation.

Competenze

• 7+ years of asset-based lending, sponsor lending, finance, and/or capital markets experience.
• Deep understanding of private equity-backed transactions and capital markets processes.
• Ability to negotiate complex asset-based lending capital structures.

• Source and close private equity owned asset-based loans.
