This is an opportunity for an accomplished iGaming leader to take full ownership of a growing B2C business, driving commercial performance, operational excellence and sustainable expansion across a dynamic and rapidly developing market.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven senior leadership experience within B2C iGaming, online sportsbook or casino operations.
• Strong track record of scaling operations and managing substantial P&L responsibility.
• Experience operating within African iGaming markets would be highly advantageous.
• Deep understanding of customer acquisition, retention, commercial performance and operational delivery.
• A hands-on, commercially driven leader with the ability to execute strategy in fast-moving markets.
