Report directly to the Chief Growth Officer, The Knowledge House’s Managing Director (MD), leads and grows program impact, site operations, fundraising and strategic partnerships with other functional, regional, and national leaders. The Managing Director serves as the primary revenue driver for the region, and primary contact for institutional and individual donors, partners, including community colleges, corporations, learning communities, etc. Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
The Managing Director collaborates closely with the CEO, Chief Program Officer, and the Sr. Director of Strategy and Innovation to ensure compliance and delivery of TKH programs and services in accordance with national program design, curriculum, SOPs, systems, and processes. Additionally, the Managing Director is a member of The Knowledge House’s Leadership Team, which supports the organization by developing the growth strategy and operational plan. As a member of this team, the Managing Director strengthens the connection between The Knowledge House’s national goals and the local work in the region.
