Aspen Leadership Group (ALG) continues to grow, as a ZRG company, and it is pleased to announce an opening for a Managing Director and Senior Consultant.

ALG is committed to supporting exceptional careers in the nonprofit sector through executive search and talent consulting services. ALG's Managing Directors contribute to the success and growth of ALG and ZRG by building and maintaining strong relationships with current and aspiring nonprofit professionals across the nation and around the globe. They assist these professionals in navigating thoughtful and productive career paths and in building successful teams. Rather than approaching searches as transactions, they draw on years of success in building long-term relationships with colleagues and constituents and apply those skills in building lasting talent management partnerships with clients and candidates.

ALG Managing Directors are experts in nonprofit leadership. With experience as successful nonprofit professionals, they extend and broaden their impact on the sector as career counselors, mentors, and confidential advisors to board members, presidents, vice presidents, and other leaders and emerging leaders throughout the nonprofit sector and around the world. According to individual interest and expertise, they serve the sector as authors, speakers, and retreat facilitators. ALG team members have spoken at over 100 conferences, retreats, and other gatherings over the past several years.

Managing Directors support clients and candidates as peers who share a deep commitment to the nonprofit sector. They bring their full expertise to each engagement, leading to more robust discussions and lasting outcomes. In short, working at ALG gives accomplished and passionate nonprofit professionals an international platform for influence and impact on talent and leadership in the nonprofit sector.

Managing Directors join ALG with at least twenty years of experience as nonprofit professionals including five or more years in a C-suite role, or with an equivalent combination of experience as a nonprofit professional and as a search professional placing nonprofit leaders. Preference will be given to candidates with both professional and executive search experience in the nonprofit sector. All applications must be accompanied by a cover letter and résumé.
