Role Overview

We seek a Regional Managing Director to lead client relationships, oversee a team managing 20-25 projects each, with revenue of $10-15M. Your leadership will drive growth, partnerships, and client satisfaction across BairesDev’s portfolio.

Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth and retention.
2. Serve as a client champion, ensuring high service levels and identifying growth opportunities.
3. Lead and mentor a team managing large-scale projects, promoting client retention and team growth.
4. Identify and analyze client growth opportunities using a consultative and analytical approach.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed client needs, aligning solutions with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in senior client services roles, with success managing executive relationships.
• 4+ years leading teams and developing talent.
• Strong background in IT or technology services.
• Extensive client services experience with a consultative mindset.
• Advanced English proficiency.
