Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Engineer in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction management, estimating, scheduling, procurement, budgeting and safety.
• Experience with Viewpoint or similar construction PM software.
• Experience with Primavera or similar scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents in the execution of commercial construction projects.
• Manage cost control, estimating, scheduling, procurement and safety activities.
• Perform constructability reviews of design documents and identify potential issues.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, assist with budgets, cost coding and cash-flow forecasting.
• Analyze and manage owner and subcontractor change orders.
• Review cost reports and assist with forecasting final project costs.
• Participate in monthly project/job reviews.
• Assist with bid analysis and subcontractor procurement.

What You'll Do

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents in the execution of commercial construction projects.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Engineer within commercial construction.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$90,000 – $110,000] Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
