Your Role and Responsibilities

As a senior managing SAP consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner responsible for selling, leading, and implementing offerings with a deep understanding of SAP systems. You will act as a trusted business advisor, collaborating to provide innovative solutions for solving the most challenging business problems, with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will work on projects that assist clients in integrating strategy, process, technology, and information to enhance effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder value. You will participate in business development activities and contribute to proposal development. There are opportunities to acquire new skills, work across disciplines, take on new challenges, and develop a comprehensive understanding of various industries.

Your Primary Responsibilities Include

• Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions that meet client needs.
• Team Delivery Leadership: Leading and managing a high-performing team of SAP consultants to deliver work on time, within budget, and with quality.
• Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your SAP functional expertise and working with the latest technologies and industry best practices.

This job can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Hands-on SAP expertise in SAP Manufacturing (PP, QM, IM) with at least 4 end-to-end implementations as a Consultant or Solution Architect.
• Multiple SAP certifications and expertise in various SAP modules, especially Manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and its application.
• Project management skills, including planning, resource management, and ensuring timely, budget-compliant delivery.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence models, cybersecurity, and data privacy principles.

Preferred Experience

Experience in Life Sciences or a similar regulated industry such as Pharmaceuticals is strongly preferred.
