Managing Consultant, IT Solutions (US - Remote)

Position Summary

Sikich is seeking a Managing Consultant for the IT Solutions team to plan, monitor, implement, and manage a high volume of projects for our consulting teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define client needs, architect network solutions, and ensure quality assurance before client release.
2. Perform discovery and diagnostic phases of technical projects.
3. Build client relationships and provide advanced technical support.
4. Lead complex network infrastructure projects.
5. Evaluate and recommend new systems and tools.
6. Become proficient in all Microsoft products and manage project budgets and schedules.
7. Mentor consultants, increase technical skills, and maintain Microsoft certifications.
8. Achieve billable hour goals and develop understanding of business and IT processes.
9. Work with Modern Workplace, M365, and Azure daily.

Additional Responsibilities

• Focus on sales and revenue growth.
• Maintain high morale and low turnover.
• Foster an inclusive environment and mentor employees.
• Manage customer relationships and address client issues.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Network Engineering and Consulting (10+ years).
• Ownership of customer relationships.

• Leadership experience within a technical team.
• Skills in servant leadership, solution development, collaboration, trust-building, and influence.
