• 5+ years’ experience in Creditors’ Rights; foreclosure and litigation knowledge.
• Knowledge of Federal and State consumer protection statutes.
• Understanding of rules of civil procedure and their application to foreclosure matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the firm’s foreclosure and litigation departments.
• Supervise paralegals and support staff; maintain high-quality work-product.
• Monitor progress and develop strategies to bring files to resolution.
