Qualifications

• Admission to the Illinois State Bar is required.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all stages of the foreclosure process, including contested foreclosures.
• Review conditions precedent to filing, including loan documents and demand letters.
• Draft and review pleadings, documents, and correspondence to initiate and maintain foreclosure actions.
• Perform legal research and analysis of statutes, case law, and servicing requirements.
• Attend court hearings and coordinate with opposing counsel.
• Maintain accurate documentation in client systems and meet deadlines.
