Qualifications

• Admission to the Illinois State Bar is required.
• Represent clients in all stages of foreclosure.
• Comprehensive review of documents and demands prior to filing.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all stages of the foreclosure process, including contested foreclosures.
• Review conditions precedent to filing, including loan documents, financials, and demand letters.
• Draft and review pleadings, notices, and correspondence to initiate and maintain actions.
• Research applicable statutes, case law, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform legal research and writing; attend court hearings and communicate with opposing counsel.
• Update internal client systems with findings and recommendations.
• Prioritize high-volume work to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements.
