Managing Attorney – Creditors' Rights & Foreclosure

Are you a highly experienced creditors' rights attorney who would be energized to open and grow a new office with the support of a leading national firm?

Latitude is seeking a Managing Attorney with significant creditors' rights and foreclosure experience for a permanent position with one of the nation's largest full-service creditors' rights and real estate law firms.

This role may be performed on a hybrid/remote basis in Indiana.

Requirements for the Managing Attorney
  • 8+ years of creditors' rights experience
  • Deep knowledge of foreclosure procedures and legal requirements within the Indiana market
  • Working knowledge of Indiana and federal consumer protection statutes
  • Strong background in mortgage default, foreclosure litigation and bankruptcy
  • Proven people management and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and fast-paced practice
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build and scale a local office
  • Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills
  • Strong leadership, client relationship management, and problem‑solving abilities
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Compensation

Pay: The salary range for this role is $140,000 – $150,000 with the opportunity to share in the success of a growing practice. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
