ERM is seeking a Managing Technical Consultant, Archaeologist to lead multidisciplinary cultural resources projects across the United States. You will guide teams, manage client relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance while expanding ERM's leadership in the cultural resources market.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, project management, and business development with opportunities to mentor staff and collaborate across ERM's global organization.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate degree in Anthropology, Archaeology, or closely related field plus 8+ years of paid experience.
• Ability to obtain archaeological and cultural resource permits.
• Experience authoring agency-reviewed technical reports.
• Strong documentation and attention to detail.
• Proficient with permitting regulations (FERC, USACE, THC).
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.

• Oversee archaeological studies and cultural resource projects from planning through completion.
• Serve as technical advisor to clients and regulatory stakeholders.
• Drive business growth by developing opportunities and maintaining client partnerships.
• Mentor archaeologists and cultural resource professionals.

• Lead teams and manage field surveys, reporting, and data management.
