Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Manager, Workday Enterprise Architecture & Integrations to lead the design, governance, delivery, and optimization of the Workday ecosystem and related HR technology platforms. This hands‑on leadership role serves as the technical and architectural authority for Workday, defining enterprise integration strategy, architecture standards, data integrity and security practices, and scalable solutions that support evolving business needs. The role partners across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, Cybersecurity, Compliance, and external vendors, balancing strategic direction with execution, operational excellence, innovation, and team development.
DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred. FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
