Reporting to the Senior Director, HRIT Applications Delivery, the Workday Analytics Analyst develops analytics, dashboards, executive reporting, and data-governance practices while partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, Operations, Technology, Workday Product Management, and Workday Architecture & Integrations. The role goes beyond report creation by connecting workforce trends to business outcomes, improving data quality, and helping leaders make informed decisions.
DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree required.
FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
