Qualifications

• 3+ years consulting experience in relevant customer service topic.
• Hands-on experience in a customer service or customer success context.
• Demonstrated curiosity and skill in orchestrating complex sales cycles and deals.

Responsibilities

• Help teams prepare client pitches for Customer Service projects; identify client needs and assemble relevant examples and materials.
• Develop intellectual property and knowledge assets to support the Customer Service topic and commercial efforts.
• Line manage junior colleagues and support their goal setting and development.
