Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Manager – BCG Vantage to join our global team. You will partner with case and proposal teams, shaping advisory work across organization design, operating model transformation, and workforce strategy.

You will contribute to intellectual capital on Generative AI and digital product innovation while supporting go-to-market efforts across Consumer and People & Organization topics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting experience in Organization Design & Operating Model or related roles.
• Experience in Consumer Goods (CPG) or Retail sectors preferred.
• Strong English communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand and solve complex organizational, workforce, and transformation challenges.
• Collaborate with case teams, proposals, and clients to deliver advisory insights.
• Develop IP, methodologies, and benchmarks to strengthen capabilities in People & Organization and AI-enabled transformation.
