Job summary

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Manager – BCG Vantage in its Consumer Practice to lead analytics and insights across packaged goods categories. You will work with cross-functional case teams to develop IP, tools, and data-driven solutions, including GenAI-enabled assets, and mentor junior colleagues.

You will drive development of assets, collaborate with business leaders, and contribute to go-to-market efforts while managing a team and delivering high-quality client-ready outputs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in CPG, market research, consulting, or analytics focused on consumer packaged goods

Responsibilities

• Co-develop scalable CPG offerings with AI-powered tools and automation.
• Translate retail and panel data into actionable insights for due diligence and strategy engagements.
• Collaborate with case teams to frame analyses and test findings in real time.
• Monitor trends across CPG categories to surface opportunities and shape discussions.
• Conduct fast-turn analyses for time-sensitive case work and deliver client-ready outputs.
• Build and maintain insight templates, dashboards, and category snapshots.
• Coach and develop junior team members.
