Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Manager, BCG Vantage, Sales & Service to contribute deep expertise in Sales and Customer Service. You will assist colleagues assembling client pitches, surface client pain points, and curate relevant examples, experts, and materials to support bids.

You will help develop intellectual property and knowledge assets for the Customer Service topic, and collaborate with business leaders on go-to-market efforts, while potentially mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Understanding customer needs through qualitative and quantitative research.
• Diagnosing and improving client service operations performance.
• Building customer-centric service strategies and channel designs.
• Orchestrating complex sales cycles with senior stakeholder involvement.

Responsibilities

• Help colleagues on client pitches for Customer Service-related projects, identify needs, and surface relevant examples and materials.
• Create POVs and thought leadership materials, including demos and topic experts, to support pitches and deals.
• Drive development of intellectual property for the Customer Service topic and support go-to-market efforts.
• Line manage junior colleagues and contribute to their goal setting and development.
