Job summary

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) seeks a Director – Operations, Supply Chain, BCG Vantage to shape strategic priorities for supply chain and lead a team of experts delivering value across cases and content agendas.

You will drive the team vision, contribute to commercial campaigns and proposals, and help develop capabilities in operations, planning, and technology. Global collaboration and senior stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years consulting experience in relevant Supply Chain required; consulting preferred.
• In lieu of consulting experience, 10+ years minimum industry experience required; 14+ years preferred.
• 5+ years team leadership experience required; line management preferred.
• Specialization and deep expertise in relevant Supply Chain topics.
• Foundational AI knowledge to design and deploy agents, skills and workflows.
• Fluency in English; Spanish, German or French is a plus.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in a global team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to shape strategic priorities for Supply Chain.
• Enable value-added delivery on case work and content agenda; build initiatives via a team of Supply Chain experts.
• Drive team vision and capability through innovation in operations and new initiatives.
• Responsible for team growth and development.
• Contribute to business build; participate in campaigns, proposals and case work; present expertise at events.
• May contribute to or lead global BCG Vantage initiatives; participate in Career Development Committees.
• Advise global supply chain clients on technology and digital transformations; select, integrate and implement cutting-edge tech.
• Engage in topics like planning, logistics, AI in supply chain, and sustainability.
