Hertz Local Edition in Richmond, VA is hiring a Manager Trainee to join our local rental branch team. In this hands-on role, you’ll learn how to run a successful rental location while delivering a great customer experience and supporting daily branch operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow into leadership.
• Must be at least 20 years old and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Learn the rental car business through hands-on training in sales, customer service, operations, fleet logistics and administration.
• Support branch sales goals by building customer relationships and applying effective sales techniques.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by helping customers through the rental process and resolving questions or concerns.
• Assist with daily branch operations, including fleet inventory, vehicle preparation, lot organization, documentation and compliance tasks.
• Partner with branch leadership to understand scheduling, team communication and performance coaching.
• Build skills to grow into future leadership opportunities within Hertz.
