Hertz Local Edition (HLE) is hiring a Manager Trainee to drive location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for a Branch Manager role within 12–18 months. You will gain hands-on experience in sales, operations, fleet management, and administration while earning $19.00 per hour to start.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated and eager to grow.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience working in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Support location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Learn and apply sales techniques and CRM best practices.
• Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control.
• Assist with store operations and compliance.
• Support team with vehicle preparation, lot management, and customer service assistance.
• Learn finance processes and support deal completion, reporting and documentation.
• Shadow and support management, build leadership, scheduling, and coaching skills.
