Job summary

Tower Loan of Mississippi, LLC in Lee's Summit, MO is hiring for a full-time Manager Trainee as part of our 10–12 month Development Program. You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, finance and branch operations while earning competitive pay and incentives.

This program develops future leaders through structured training, performance milestones and a clear path to management. Relocation is required for promotion and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibility duties such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
