Job summary

Tower Loan of Mississippi, LLC is offering a full-time Manager Development Program designed to train Manager Trainees for leadership roles in consumer finance. In 10-12 months, you will gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations, earning competitive pay and incentives.

The role focuses on developing skills in management, recruitment, and performance leadership, with an on-site schedule Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM and possible extended hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibilities including recruitment, staff development, and leadership.
