The role offers hands-on experience in sales, operations, fleet management, finance, and leadership development, with a starting wage of $37,440 per year ($18/hour).

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: support location sales goals and deliver great customer experience.
• Operations & Fleet Management: gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control.
• Vehicle and Facility Care: assist with vehicle prep, lot management, and customer service.
• Finance & Administration: learn finance processes and support deal completion.
• Leadership Development: shadow management and build skills for future roles.
