Hertz Local Edition (HLE) is seeking a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in 12–18 months. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn all aspects of our business.

The starting wage for this position is $37440.00 per year or $18 per hour. You’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, operations, fleet management, and leadership development while preparing for future

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, eager to grow.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support achievement of location sales goals.
• Deliver excellent customer experience to contribute to high customer service scores.
• Learn and apply sales techniques and CRM best practices.
• Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control.
• Assist with store operations and compliance.
• Support team with miscellaneous tasks including vehicle cleaning and lot management.
• Learn finance processes and support deal completion.
