Hertz Local Edition is hiring a Manager Trainee to drive location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager within 12–18 months. The role offers hands-on exposure to sales, operations, and finance in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Starting wage is $33,280 per year or $16.00 per hour, reflecting commitment to career growth and leadership development within the Hertz Local Edition team.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: support location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Operations & Fleet Management: gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control; assist with store operations and compliance.
• Vehicle & Facility Care: assist with cleaning, lot management, and customer service support.
• Finance & Administration: learn finance processes and understand reporting and business metrics.
• Leadership Development: shadow management, build team leadership and scheduling skills.
