You will gain exposure to sales, operations, fleet management, and finance while learning how your role impacts the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and strong computer/multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; self-motivated and adaptable.
• Exceptional time management; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support location sales goals and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Learn sales techniques and CRM best practices.
• Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control.
• Assist with store operations and compliance.
• Support vehicle preparation, lot management, and customer service.
• Learn finance processes and assist with reporting and documentation.
• Shadow management and develop leadership, scheduling, and coaching skills.
