The starting wage is $17.00 per hour, with opportunities to learn from experienced leaders. Responsibilities include sales and customer service, fleet management, vehicle preparation, and assisting with accounting tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: support achievement of location sales goals; deliver excellent customer experience; learn CRM best practices.
• Operations & Fleet Management: gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control; assist with store operations and compliance.
• Vehicle and Facility Care: assist with cleaning and preparing vehicles, lot management, and customer service assistance.
• Finance & Administration: learn finance processes and support deal completion; understand reporting and business metrics.
• Leadership Development: shadow and support management; build skills in team leadership, scheduling, and performance coaching; prepare for future leadership roles.
