Job summary

Hertz Local Edition (HLE) is seeking a proactive Manager Trainee to drive location performance and develop leadership skills. You will support sales goals, customer experiences, and daily fleet operations while preparing for promotion to Branch Manager within 12–18 months.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: Support achievement of location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Operations & Fleet Management: Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control; assist with store operations and compliance.
• Vehicle and Facility Care: Help prepare vehicles for customers; lot management and customer service assistance.
• Finance & Administration: Learn finance processes and support deal completion; understand reporting and business metrics.
• Leadership Development: Shadow and support management; learn scheduling and performance coaching.
