Job summary

Hertz Local Edition (HLE) is hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in 12–18 months. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn all aspects of our business.

As a Manager Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, fleet management, operations, and finance while shadowing leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 20 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Learn sales techniques and CRM best practices.
• Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control.
• Assist with store operations, compliance, and fleet care tasks.
