Menards Inc. is offering a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop you for future store management roles. You will work with the General Management team and store staff to learn all aspects of Menards operations.

The program emphasizes hands-on training, leadership development, and a clear path to management across 330+ stores and facilities. Ideal for candidates with leadership experience or a related business degree and a passion for retail excellence.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and team leadership abilities.
• Experience or education indicating leadership potential.
• Business-related degree preferred for management track.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid Manager Trainee program designed to prepare for store management.
• Collaborate with General Management and Department Managers to learn operations.
• Develop skills to eventually assume a management role across locations.
