Job summary

Menards invites you to build a rewarding career in Retail Management through its paid, full-time Manager Trainee program. You will work alongside the General Management team, Department Managers and Store Team Members to learn our business and prepare for a future management role.

As you progress, the program emphasizes advancement through a promote-from-within culture across 330+ stores and corporate facilities. Training includes real responsibilities and paths to leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Outstanding Customer Service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a Business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the paid Manager Trainee program to develop management skills.
• Work with General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members to learn operations.
• Prepare to assume a management role at one of Menards' locations in the near future.
