Job summary

Menards Inc. is offering a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop you for management roles across our stores and facilities. You will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to build hands-on expertise and prepare for advancement.

Graduates will be prepared to step into management positions at one of our 330+ store locations, Corporate offices, manufacturing facilities, or distribution centers.

Qualifications

• Manager Trainee program focused on developing future retail leaders.
• Strong customer service and team leadership skills required.
• Business-related degree or coursework preferred to support growth.
