Menards Inc. in Minnesota invites motivated individuals to join its Manager Trainee program, a paid, full-time, hands-on training track designed to develop you for retail leadership.

As you progress, you will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to build a solid understanding of our business and prepare you for a management role in the near future. Menards promotes from within, offering advancement opportunities, weekend pay premium on Saturdays and Sundays,

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or management preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Willingness to train and advance within Menards.
